The Book Ghosts

While I was writing The Book Ghosts, I read extensively about banned and challenged books all over the world. In the book, I’ve listed a few links that are easy to verify, but there’s so much more! For one, a lot of writers use the word “banned” quite loosely–perhaps as click bait! “Banned” books seem so much more intriguing than “challenged” books, don’t they?

During the Banned Books Quiz as well as in the reasons listed at the end of the book, I referred to a range of sources. Here are a few of them, if you’d like to read more!
