Description
My next guest workshop is here–let’s learn how to design a book cover with Isha Nagar!
A visual artist and a design graduate from NIFT, Delhi, Isha Nagar creates fantasy-like illustrations and artworks for children. Until now, she has worked on books like Banian Buddies, My Name is Khadija, Fishbowl and Uncontrollable, among others. When she is not working, she is found swimming in the gigantic waves of watercolours, with little pauses to sniff new books. She has worked with publishers like HarperCollins India, Penguin Random House, Duckbill books etc. You can view her work at www.ishanagar.com
During this workshop, we will recreate covers for our favourite books, working our way through designing a cover, understanding a bit of handmade lettering and creating illustrations, and most importantly, having fun!

- A sheet of paper (any paper you like) that can cover your book and create a book jacket with
- Your favourite colours – sketchpens, crayons, colour pencils
